Ingredients
60 ml of Cognac VSOP - 60 ml
2 drops of Angostura bitters
10-15 ml of syrup
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Steps
Step 1 Mash the mint leaves. Mix mint leaves, syrup, and Angostura bitters.
Step 2 Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cognac.
Step 3 Shake gently, garnish with some mint leaves, and enjoy.

Ingredients
20 ml Cognac VSOP
10 ml raspberry liqueur
90 ml dry Champagne
1 raspberry
Steps
Step 1 Pour in Cognac and liqueur.

30 ml cognac
20 ml brown cocoa liqueur
20 ml liquid cream

Steps
Step 1 Put ice, cognac and the rest of the ingredients into the shaker
Step 2 Close the shaker and shake until the walls become icy
Step 3 Strain and pour into a glass (place the ice strainer on top of the glass)
